In my opinion the Democratic State of the Union response should be each

Democratic member of the House and Senate individually saying "You lie" to the camera. That video should be looped until "You lie" has been spoken 7,500 times. It should end with the stentorian voice of James Earl Jones saying-"Motherfucker."

and walk out at the utterance of the first lie.
Empty the room.
