8 minutes?

Drumpfuck is talking when one of the shows I watch is on. (The Gifted, Marvel mutant show, don't ask) I figured that means he screws up my TV time. But the Cable Guide is saying Presidential Address at 9:00 and The Gifted at 9:08. Is he really only speaking for 8 minutes. This all feels like a bad made for TV movie.
