Trump's unequally dilated pupils?

My wife is a nurse. She arrived home about two minutes into tRumps spiel. The first thing she noticed was that his left pupil appeared more dilated than his right and both were larger than they should've been, given the lighting. I couldn't really tell other than his left appeared to be larger.

Anybody else notice this?

I'm confident he has plenty of experience shoving stuff up his nose, maybe to the point of nasal problems. It would not surprise me that he continues to do so. I wonder what those bags on either side of the bridge of his nose are the result of.

And his unique skin. I haven’t watched much of him. Mainly toward the second half I also realized why people say his mouth looks like an ass. At certain points the resemblance was amazing.

Sorry for being so petty. I normally don’t comment on looks. But his appearance is something more than I had assumed. I thought it was the standard old Floridian skin of a fair skinned senior who has spent a lot of time on the golf course. It’s something else.

As far as anyone can tell, he seems to use both, which is a helluva combination. The white circles around his eyes are from protective goggles, either way.

What an incredibly vain man -- I'm certain he sees Adonis when he looks in the mirror, and nothing like what the rest of us see: a pathetic and out of shape old man, behaving monstrously.

That's the name for unequal pupils and I only know that by looking it up. But geez, have a look at what I found....

https://www.msdmanuals.com/en-au/home/eye-disorders/symptoms-of-eye-disorders/pupils,-unequal
Eye disorders that cause unequal pupils include birth defects and eye injury. Also, certain drugs that get into the eye may affect the pupil. Such drugs may be drops intended to treat eye disorders (for example, homatropine used for certain inflammatory disorders or injuries or pilocarpine used for glaucoma), or they may be drugs or other substances that accidentally get into the eye (for example, scopolamine used as a patch for motion sickness, plants such as jimsonweed, or certain insecticides). Inflammation of the iris (iritis) and certain types of glaucoma cause unequal pupils, but this finding is usually overshadowed by severe eye pain.

Nervous system disorders that cause unequal pupils are those that affect the 3rd cranial nerve or certain parts of the sympathetic or parasympathetic nervous system (the autonomic nervous system). These pathways carry nerve impulses to the pupil and to the muscles that control the eye and eyelid. Thus, people with nervous system disorders that affect the pupil often also have a drooping eyelid, double vision, and/or visibly misaligned eyes. Brain disorders that can affect these pathways include strokes, brain hemorrhage (spontaneous or due to head injury), and, less commonly, certain tumors or infections. Disorders outside the brain that affect the sympathetic nervous system include tumors and injuries that involve the neck or upper part of the chest. Horner syndrome refers to the combination of a constricted pupil, drooping eyelid, and loss of sweating around the affected eye. Horner syndrome is caused by interruption of the sympathetic nerves to an eye due from any cause.

My theory is that they did a CT scan of the tumor in his skull and found a golf-ball-sized brain in it, which they are currently treating with radiation.

with one over-dilated, that's a common symptom of a stroke in one part of the brain. Unequal pupils that occur should be carefully investigated with an MRI scan of the brain. Brain tumors can also cause that symptom.

If he is snorting adderall, as has been claimed, he's likely getting some into an eye. The constant sniffing indicates that his nasal passages are inflamed and leaking.
