What can we expect if Barr is confirmed?

Will he recuse himself? (I doubt it right?) Will he protect RUMP about those sealed indictments? Lots of questions i'm afraid.

It will only take a few GOP senators to prevent his confirmation. If enough is revealed in the hearings, perhaps Trump's hold over the Senate will be weakened.

A guy can hope, right?

So far, dire predictions about shutting down Mueller have not come to pass. I suspect this is is because he has overwhelming evidence that make him impossible to stop. Now with a Democratic House, a lot of this evidence will get to Congress.

Also, according to Federal rules, the grand jury itself can issue a report. The Nixon grand jury gave a report to the judge who passed it on to Congress. I'll be surprised if this grand jury doesn't issue a report of its own, or transmits Mueller's final report to the judge.
