Seriously - has there everr been a worse Oval Office address given?

I'm not old enough to remember all of them, but for the ones I do recall I can't remember one that was this lacking in substance, or as poorly thought out as Trumps.

Is anybody aware of one that could be in the same category as last night's D minus effort?

I teach public speaking at the college level. I've seen everyone since Kennedy. This was the worst on many different levels.
