An email I rec'd from Scott Brown via Monster...lol

Dear GW,

I would like to cordially invite you to participate in a Jobs Fair held in cooperation with Worcester State University on January 9, 2012. Over the past few months, I have traveled across Massachusetts talking with job seekers, businesses, and other employers. I believe the Commonwealth has tremendous potential for job creation.

This Jobs Fair will be an opportunity to bring together Massachusetts employers, including large companies, hospital groups and trade associations, and match them up with some of the Commonwealth's talented job seekers who are looking for the right opportunity-including you! At my first jobs fair in Roxbury this past fall, 2,000 job seekers came through the doors to talk to over 60 Massachusetts employers and we plan on bringing that same energy and passion for job growth to Worcester.

If you are currently looking for a job, simply want to explore other opportunities, make connections with the state's employers, or want advice on resume writing, networking, and interview strategies, come join us!

Hope to see you there,

Scott Brown
U.S. Senator

BTW, Worcester is a good 2 hours drive for me and never, ever have I rec'd an email from Scott before. Now he wants to get me a job....in Worcester.
Beam yourself up, Scotty, Elizabeth is gonna kick your butt.

We know the job seekers are motivated. Somehow the "job creators" don't feel the same urgency.

at least he's doing something halfway constructive. I suspect he knows he can't compete with Warren on the jobs front. If one person gets a job out of this then good. He may be the only Republican actually doing something...tells me he's worried, as he should be.

All of his votes or lack there of have been anti-job creation and transfers of wealth to the top.

And I know quite a few "job listing" services but that's not going to get you a job either.
