There are tests for psychologists, checklists, to determine whether someone is a psychopath. IIRC the most famos one has 30 or so Yes-or-No questions. If more than 50% of the answers are Yes, the person is a psychopath.

I once did this test on behalf of Trump, trying to be as objective as possible. He ended up just below the threshold for a psycho. It was really close.
