Dept of Interior is going rougue

I heard on NPR this morning that the Dept of Interior is going ahead with their process of exploratory drilling in the Arctic Refugee. Or allowing the process to proceed, I didn't catch all of it. They are bypassing public opinion due to the shutdown and moving forward.

How I see it is that they are exploiting the shutdown to exploit nature for mega-corporate profits.

The corruption is off the charts!

Trump is making deals with his corrupt department heads to do what they want during the shutdown. I am guessing that Trump is MAKING money from the shutdown. His billionaire friends are for sure.

Anytime they can get rid of government functions and replace them with corporations they will do it. A shutdown is the perfect time to swoop in and "rescue" public services.

It's a republican shut down, enabled by trumpft. republicans are loving it.

Some of them are loving it and will privatize what they can. Exploiting is what they are doing.
