In other words, the Supreme Court just told the Trump vultures to stop circling. RBG's not going anywhere anytime soon.

(53,410 posts)Shes reading all the briefs and staying on top of it, but the surgery requires weeks of recovery.
My father had part of his lung removed and its a very serious recovery. Not only does the wound have to heal, but the ribs and the muscles on the ribs have to heal. Then there is needed physical therapy to be able to move normally again.

(1,588 posts)she should be ok... It took me about 3 weeks before I really felt "good", but I went ahead and tool the full 8 weeks off until returning to work, and I was only 50. Mine wasn't micro surgery though and I had about a 16" scar on my back that still kind of hurt if I over exerted myself. Get better soon RBG!
