He will end the shutdown if they agree to not calling any of his family to testify?

No, Donnie: dictating terms to your suppliers from a position of power is not negotiating. It may have gotten you quite a ways in your previous relatively little and unimportant world, but you're playing in a very different league now. With people you can't bully as easily.
