My concept of hell

What if Hell is a place in time/space in which tyrants have to live out the lives of each and every one of their victims. They will remain aware of the past lives they've had to endure, and they will be aware that there are many more to come. Yet, they will have to endure the misery of each and every life they destroyed.

Yeah, I know, this is a Rod Serling, "Twilight Zone" scenario. But I'd call it justice.

Imagine if Hitler were forced to endure this. He'd spend millions of years in this particular hell.

As for Trump? I hope he doesn't have any other plans for a few thousand years.

My concept of hell is 4 more years of pumpkin head in the WH. And losing the 2020 election with the repubs able to appoint another Supreme.

it is not an instant thing (apologies to John Lennon) but rather debts that need to be paid and lives re-lived until you get it right. I do imagine this would seem like hell to rump.

I like your concept of debts that need to be paid and lives relived until you get it right. There is so much of a reckoning, -- a balancing of the scales -- in that thought.

their well-earned fate. One can't help but wonder about this imaginary afterlife. If it exists, will they take responsibility for what they brought upon humanity? Or will they continue to shift blame.

I guess that if you wanted to play out this scenario in a reasonable manner, blaming others would only add to time served in hell.

(All I've done in this OP is share some fantasy afterlife. In truth, I'm a devout agnostic and I don't have a clue what happens next.)
