They should pass legislation to build the Mall
Remember how the GOP passed a massive Tax Cut bill that was so hastily put together that there were typos and conflicting passages, some hand written.
The House passes a bill to build a wall on the border. BUT they change it to Mall in the bill.
Doofus won't read it before he signs it and opens Government.

Will there be a long hall, that is tall..at the Mall?
Can you play ball, at the Government MaLL?
Can You make a phone call at the MaLL?
If no one comes to the Mall, will there be a dark pall at the mall?
