He ordered that Flint get its water from the Flint River instead of the City of Detroit
which got clean water from Lake Huron so that Detroit's water works could be shown
as unprofitable and then it could be sold to people like the Koch Brothers and Betsy
Devos' family for pennies on the dollar.
