He's trying to box us in, instead of him. He's put the monkey on his back to begin with, no one else did, and he's trying to put it (the monkey) on our back.

He, alone, did it. And even claimed ownership of it. He should arbitrarily resolve the issue since he alone, created the issue to begin with, that is, drop the 'wall' nonsense, and let Congress do their job.
