In 'business' terms, here's what we have...

Theoretically, Trump and his minions understand business operations. Debatable, I know but this is kind of what I see, put in terms of how a small business operates.

Basically, Trump has shut down the store, and now he wants to negotiate how to re-organize the store room before he opens it up again.
