One of their 1995 grads and basketball stars raped a girl until she almost bled to death. There was some sort of lawsuit of a sexual nature for 120 million involving the Archdiocese there.

According to the sheriff's department, Walter repeatedly assaulted and choked the 18-year-old victim, ignoring her pleas to stop. The news release also stated the victim was afraid to have sex with Walter because of his size: He stands 7 feet tall and weighs 300 pounds.

"Walter dismissed the victim by laughing at her and telling her that she would be fine," Sgt. Philip Ridgell wrote in the release.>>

I did see the whole video and it didn't change my initial impression of what happened. The BI group behaving like racist asshats to the kids and NA's doesn't excuse the kids behaving like racist asshats towards Mr. Phillips and the other NA's. They may be teenagers but they are still old enough to know better.

Teenagers bused in to demand adult women be subjected to forced child-bearing.
They weren't on a field trip to the Smithsonian.

Be it military or public service, a little humility and appreciation for others would go a long way towards healing the divide IMO.
That, and I'd love to see their reaction to their first drill instructor.
