What is the difference, and is it significant enough for Mueller to raise objection to?

And, what is your speculation as to how one became the other?

'in accordance with trumps directives' sounds to me like there was a standing order to anyone asked to lie your damned ass off in protection and defense of the dear leader.
In my opinion, the first is the worse of the two.
