(37,748 posts)FBI wants to infiltrate protesters while local law enforcement want to beat them up. Had they merely communicated more effectively, both might have had their jollies, then go home and touch themselves while whiffing gun-smoke.
Instead, they do a Keystone Cops routine, and beat the hell out of a federal agent, realize they screwed the pooch, discuss apologizing to the fed via text (c'mon, idiot-boy, are you so stupid as to do that via text?), and then try to cover up that which can no longer be covered up.
And dig this particular text from one of the cops: "And he wasn't complying. The camera thing is just ignorant, nothing we all haven't done and if it was a protester it wouldn't be a problem at all."
"Nothing we all haven't done..." is kinda chilling to the bone.
