Rep. Stephen Lynch, a senior member of the Oversight Committee, says he expects Cummings will issue a subpoena for Cohen's testimony.
Lynch said that he's spoken with Cummings, and the "overwhelming consensus" among panel members is that Cohen should be subpoenaed.

That's what this is about, the Russian mob in New York can be called into action at any time to do something really, really ugly. Those people are friends and neighbors of the Cohen family.
