Somebody (Daughter-Wife?, Ken Doll?) convinced Chump that he can accomplish some kind of ninja trick on Pelosi by acquiescing now, because they were able to hold out the shiny object of the nationally televised address he so dearly craves, during which he will be able to score revenge points against Madame Speaker. I'm not saying it makes sense, only that this kind of argument gives him an out for now.

He will, nonetheless, at the moment he is given the stage (the only thing that matters to him), do what he always does and try to exact his revenge in a typical ham-handed fashion. He will also declare victory over "Nancy" and all of us "disgusting" Democrats, tell numerous lies, and show the nation his ass. Which he LOVES to do. Really. He's clueless.
