Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross says he doesn't understand why furloughed federal employees would need the assistance of food banks.

He knows that a statement from the Gov that backpay will be issued is NOT going to be a valid for obtaining a loan. (And that is given him great leeway on being a fucking assole for stating the solution is to run down and get a loan)

What he is saying is, fuck off to the workers, I don't give a shit about your problem.
