Quick question to the legal beagles here re: Cohen House testimony date vs. his incarceration date..

Is it true that once Cohen is incarcerated on March 6th, his availability to testify in any court proceeding or legislative hearing is at the discretion of the DoJ ?

If so...feels like that puts a whole new spin on the potential delay.

If not...(in my best Emily Litella voice)...nevermind.
