Then he will re-open government take whatever deal McConnell sends him, give his STOU address in the House and tell his base he has won. But he will not run in 2020 because he has fixed everything he said he would. The wall was just a figure of speech to get the Democrats tot he table to do something about immigration. It's called the alternate universe with alternative facts.

Maybe he will even get a stab at Obama while he is at it. Then maybe he will stay on task like he did last speech. I find those ones funny because he looks constipated because he can't just start doing a frantic rally speech.
