Stone will appear on Tucker Carlson's Fox News show Friday night in his first one-on-one TV appearance since being indicted as part of special counsel Robert Muellers probe earlier in the day, the network says.
The longtime Republican strategist and former Trump campaign adviser was indicted Friday on seven counts in connection with Mueller's investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election.
According to the special counsel's indictment, Stone obstructed the probe by the House Intelligence Committee and the FBI into Moscow's election interference.
He was also indicted on five counts of false statements and one count of witness tampering.

(22,176 posts)him later on in court proceedings. Stone is of the same ilk, thinking that they are above the law. They aren't.
You're absolutely right in 'not a good idea', but who is Stone going to listen to? His own 'I alone can fix it' mentality (as well as calling this a political hack job, etc.). I suspect that the judge in this case will eventually tell Stone to shut up from making public statements.

(7,545 posts)he might want to think long and hard about dying in jail before he goes on the talk circuit proclaiming a conspiracy against himself and Trump. That judge does not play. If I remember correctly didn't she revoke Manafort's bail for that and penning an op-ed slamming Mueller?
