Does anyone know any specifics on the wall??? Obama/Boehner

I have been away from discussions for a long time. Glad to be back.
This shutdown is/was so stupid; I am sure we all know that.
The President shuts down the gov't when his party controls both houses and Lyin' Ted has the audacity to say on the Senate floor that the Democrats are responsible.

Has anyone heard any information on the wall: what prototype has been selected; the total cost; the time to build it, etc.??
Wouldn't it be fiscally irresponsible for the house (any house) to appropriate money for a project no one has specific information on??

I could go on and on because this whole situation has really bothered me and my family. Lack of sleep, yelling at the TV , calling and emailing members of congress.

I will post some final thoughts:
-- Republicans don't have to worry about O'bama coming for their guns; Trump is coming for their land
-- Based on how the Republicans have acted I guess President O'bama should have done this in 2011 to Speaker Boehner because the house speaker should just give him the money

Finally: I am very concerned about DACA protection. I don't think the President will ever bring it up again and almost positive McConnell won't bring it to a vote or make sure it does not pass.
Therefore I think the Dems should try to get either Permanent Daca Protection or at least 8 years of Daca Protection (in case God forbid Trump gets re-elected; you need to cover 2 years + another 4 at least. Remember he offered it so Dems need to counteroffer. CALL YOUR CONGRESSMAN AND SENATOR AND TELL THEM DACA PROTECTION
