Apparently there were four crew on board and one survived. At least that is what I read on

The plane landed so hard that the main landing gear collapsed into the fuselage.

Development was rushed and the manufacturing quality was poor. Theyre also quite old.

Then the main body seemed to drop on the forward section as it slid down the runway. Im surprised anyone survived.
