If you want a criminal in jail, you get him any legal way you can. Question for the idiot lawyer. If he was unable to get Gotti on the charges for which he was indicted and convicted, would Rudy havecsrthave settled for lying? Before he became a criminal himself, you bet he would have taken lying. And then worked on the other charges.
