Not at all probable or likely.
Sanders will not run as an independent.

Sanders knows that a run as an independent would not lead to his becoming President. Schultz might actually believe it might.
If Bernie Sanders runs, he'll put on his Democratic makeup once again, I'm sure. I'm not sure that would work at all for a second time, though, and I believe he'd be out of the running by Super Tuesday.
