You can't compromise or negotiate with fantasy

You can’t negotiate or compromise when one sides comes from a “position of fantasy”

In order to make good policy and govern…in fact in ANY relationship, the most important relationship to have is one with “reality and truth”.

Yet, over and over again, the MSM treats Retrumplican “Fantasy” as if it is gospel.

- “Tax-Cuts pay for themselves”
- “Trickle-Down economics”
- “Mexico will pay for the Wall”
- “We’ll be greeted as liberators”
- “Just go in and steal their oil”
- "Obama was born in Kenya"

Those are just a handful of examples of Retrumplican “fantasy” that the MSM presents to us as if they have ANY basis in “reality”.

From that position, Democrats are supposed to “negotiate and compromise”? Fuck that noise.

It’s insipid and dangerous.

During the run-up to the 2016 election, I was listening to NPR (NRP FOR GOD’s SAKE!!!), and they had a discussion about the two candidates plans for Iraq. One was a detailed, well-thought out plan based on the conditions on the ground, America’s stated goals and values, and international law. The other plan was a FUCKING WAR CRIME, and yet…here was NPR discussing the “merits” of both plans as if reality had suddenly ceased to exist or matter.

I was so pissed that I called into a radio show for the first time in my life. I pleaded with them to “please stop”! I asked them to “Please don’t pretend that both of these ideas are based in reality, just because the Retrumplicans nominated a complete moron to run for President.”

My complaint fell on deaf ears.

Now reality and fantasy are interchangeable. Racism and white supremacist are presented as just one side of a debate between “good people on both sides”.

We’ve watched the MSM make a fucking genius out of a POS Koch funded jackass Speaker of the House from Wisconsin whose political philosophy is based on adherence to a fucking sick science fiction novel. Could someone please provide me just one economic prediction that Paul Ryan was ever fucking right about? Yet, he’s treated as a savant, because reality doesn’t fucking matter.

We’ve watched so-called “serious” journalist question the birth and citizenship of our first black President.

We've seen a fucking lifeless Ken Doll straight out of a fucking Star Trek episode be tasked with bringing peace to the Middle East, respond to natural disasters, negotiate world trade policy, solve the Syrian issue and...I don't know...still be able to bring 300, or 1,000 cold fast-food hamberders to the White House for a National Championship celebration. Was Jarrod too busy to cure cancer, or what?

We’ve watched the MSM talk about a fucking 2,000 mile wall that Mexico is going to pay for as if it’s a real fucking thing.

The examples just go on and on. From RAY-GUN to Donnie Shit for Brains, we’ve required Democrats and the American people to compromise and negotiate with FANTASY.

So why not have a fucking unqualified orange shitstain as the leader of the free-world. It's fucking normal now, isn't it?

But, why just stop at this fucking fantasy president?

Maybe you can do some serious fucking journalism and try to find the Fish People of Atlantis. I saw them in Aquaman so I know they're real.

Hey, the orange asspickle bases his immigration policy on the fictional movie; ‘Sicario: Day of the Soldado’, with its taped up women, prayer rugs and souped-up cars, so why not Fish People?

Then we can move on to doing the real "gum-shoe" work of finding out why Achilles didn't just turn around and dip his fucking heels into the River Styx after Thetis ducked him in by his feet. There’s a story for you, and it has as much in common with reality as a 2,000 mile 30 foot concrete wall that Mexico is going to pay for. None of us were alive at the time. How do we know Achilles was just a myth?

Fuck, I just thought of something else for the media to dig into. There are 2,208 billionaires in the world...AND NOT ONE FUCKING BATMAN. Can you please report on this? “Both sides” of the BATMAN debate need to know why there is no BATMAN...or is there.
