How long do you think it will be until Trump reverses on Citgo Sanctions?

Just heard that Trump ordered sanctions on Citgo (Venezuela's State owned oil company). Oil prices have gone up 3% instantly from the action. One question:

Didn't he realize that Russian oligarchs own 49.5% interest in Citgo?

How long do you all think it will be before he reverses?
