It's a tropical 4 (ABOVE!) with a balmy 15 MPH wind.

Take that Milestogo - Southwestern Illinois WINS THE DAY!

But seriously MTG keep warm and if you need to go out cover your skin to at least block the wind

bought heaters for the barns for the first time ever. I know my Daddy would think this is nuts, but they brought all of the horses and cattle into the barns and turned on the heaters. Bless her for caring about them.
