If I were Northam, I would resign in shame.

I'm a little older than Northam, born and raised in racist Texas. Under NO circumstances, would I have allowed such a disgusting picture to be put on my yearbook page. Whether it was him or somebody else is actually irrelevant. He should have prevented publication of that picture.
