About half a million dollars a year.
In case you're wondering, the reporters and editors at the NYTimes and WAPost aren't doing nearly as well.

Is it true that @GGreenwald earns roughly the same salary as Andrew Marr? Does this mean the standard salary at @theintercept is $500,000 per annum? Of is the pay gap at the Intercept as extreme and gendered as at the BBC?

According to First Look's 2016 IRS filing, Greenwald (Enzuli Management) made 3X what Laura Poitras did.

(26,330 posts)Thats all he (his management company) gets a year for being the founding editor of a successful business? He should go in to the speechifying business and earn that in a half hour.

(50,559 posts)The man who is funding Greenwald, Pierre Omidyar, is an "instant billionaire" - he created eBay, and when it went public the value of the stock he held pushed his net worth into triple-comma territory. It appears to me that Omidyar is running this as the "tax loss" part of his wealth-accumulation strategy.

You will note that since becoming a multimillionaire, Ol' Glenn doesn't play the "who signs your paychecks?!?" smear game anymore when he's butting heads with legit journalists
