In an 8hr day, we're lucky if we get 4hrs outta him. But let's assume we get the whole 8hrs.

100 messages / 8 = 12.5 calls / hr. 60min/hr / 12.5 means he's on the phone 100% of the time to talk to each caller for less than 5min.
