Can someone reduce the size of this photo so that we can use it as an avatar.

Using just my cell phone doesn't give me the capacity to manipulate the size of photos.

observe how discipline was metered out back in the day. Facial expressions with hand gestures were a sign,buddy of girly you are getting close to the edge and this is a warning.

I used it when needed and certain activities ceased immediately. At times I would use it on random teenagers in public and it worked. It’s very powerful.
