1. As far as am concerned he was marginalized when he lost reelection in PA overwhelmingly.

But I'm waiting for the robo-calls to inform voters that Barack Obama has not one but TWO black children!

And then for McCain to rush to the defense of the robo-callers.

So the Mighty Republican Wurlitzer will likely sit this one out, as it did in 1996 and 2008. They'll still emit their mean little squirts of bile from time to time, but as far as presidential politics go, they're pointing to 2016.

My two cents.

and ALEC. He is working behind the scenes to affect turnout at the state level. And with Citizens United, he can create multi-PACs, in addition to American Crossroads, to fend off Democrats. He wants a permanent Republican majority, and if it means that he must endure Obama, he'll make damn sure that it'll be harder for Obama to get anything done if the House, Senate, state legislatures, governorships and judges are all Republican.

ticket. They can't risk having a nutbag candidate at the top, otherwise the repercussions would extend to 2016.

Don't know where the last minute caucus results came from or why they were so late, but Rove, Rove, Rove.
