45 has given people who have mental health issues, or perhaps dementia in his case, something to fixate on, but the man himself is to be both avoided and pitied. He’s not in control. I’m very sorry those around him were subjected to his rage but that’s not a well man.

It seems that this guy is either crazy, or drunk. Maybe he is both drunk and crazy. He was saying crazy things while seeming to barely be able to stand up.
