When I heard this about Klobuchar I was impressed.

She won batshit crazy Bachmann's district in Minnesota. You know that district must be full of tea party nutbags. A Democrat winning there is impressive. She must know how to talk to those lunatics. If she can win there she can win anywhere.

I have to learn more about Klobuchar, where she stands on issues.

Very engaging, overflow crowd in a local coffee shop/bike repair shop. A Brown-Kloubuchar or Kloubuchar-Harris ticket is unbeatable.

in her interview with Rachel Maddow. That and the fact that she didn’t jump on the bandwagon to drum her colleague, and potential political rival, Senator Al Franken, out of the Senate.

I can’t help wondering if the source of her recent bad press about her “management style” is from one of the other Democratic Presidential hopefuls.

She is so obviously down to earth.and real. I love several of our candidates, but Klobuchar is one that might help middle America snap out of their collective insanity.

who was also a great progressive
I live in Iowa. We have had a couple of solid progressives, but we have really turned dark and fearful

Harold Hughes and Tom Harkin are our contributions.

I saw her speak at St. Olaf's university once. She's an impressive woman and would probably be a good president.

Everyone here gripes about farmers and how they all voted for 45. Minnesota farmers, including my entire family, are Democrats.

I have never understood how everyone there could have Missouri Synod morals and deep blue politics. But, for the most part, they do.

We are not completely batshit crazy in the Midwest. Illinois is blue. Wisconsin always was blue. I think they will be again. They are getting over their infatuation with the Walkers and Ryans. They see the damage done to their state.

I can remember Indiana have a legacy of great Democrats. The southern part of the state was batshit crazy, but not the north. Things could change there, too. It will just take longer.

I have known AMY since 1992 and like her .. but I feel her campaign will be DOA in Minneapolis due to her BDS vote
