The Mueller Report will be finished. Bobo Barr will sit on it. Within 3 days the full report will 'leak' to the internet in a handy PDF form that will spread so fast the genie will never get back in the bottle.

that people in Mueller's office have hidden a zillion copies of the report in various forms and it will definately get out. He said it could even be dropped off and left at the front door of the NY Times.
