Please somebody-talk me down. The lowering of expectations of the Mueller Report is depressing me.

All the talking heads are reporting that it's nothing earth shattering-nothing criminal, just political problems- no indictments of Don the Jr liar, or Jared, who has lied like a rug.

so much as it is unreasonably high expectations based on fervent wish-making. Trump will leave office when he loses the 2020 elections or (heaven for-fucking-fend) exits after serving out his second term.

No magic bullets.

Still be hopeful, but if it is just political problems, and nothing earth shattering.

Freakin trump will have a field day with it.

We know Trump is a liar and crook. But he's been practicing it for half a century. There was little reason to believe this time would be any different. Minus damning video nothing was going to happen, directly impacting Trump. Unfortunately too many posters here and Democrats everywhere get addicted to programs like Rachel Maddow, and she has no clue how to project outcomes from variables. If you take her as describer only, that's fine. Just don't project anything to come from it. Her presentation lends to wrong conclusions.

I've posted that theme dozens of times and I don't care that it was poorly received each time. The Happy Adjuster mentality is a devastating trend because it places ridiculous emphasis on overreacting to today's news instead of recognizing how difficult it is to pry from base normalcy. The system simply isn't designed to deal with an atrocity like Donald Trump.

Likewise we need to understand that 2020 is an incredibly difficult task. We are facing an incumbent. That is the bottom line normalcy. He's not resigning. He's not going to be forced out. There's no such thing as an avalanche. The same people who expected Mueller to ruin Trump have lousy instincts toward how 2020 sets up.

On social media, which they did and you are.

Then if something big happens they'll act shocked so we'll talk about it some more. The only winners here are the media who are all making record profits by this reality TV president.

Sigh. Trump's side "leaks" to the WashPo that there is no criminal activity. The WashPo reports it as news. Then it gets posted to DU.

Well, if the Mueller report ONLY contains what is ALREADY PUBLIC knowledge, the Trump campaign/administration is the most corrupt and traitorous one in a century at minimum. The President, his national security advisor, his SecState, his son, his son-in-law have all sold out American diplomacy, national security, and/or classified intelligence for personal profit. The President has then engaged in a systematic attempt to quash and corrupt the counter-intelligence and criminal justice investigation of said behavior.

People are numb to this s--t because it comes out one story at a time, day after day, in newspapers and on cable network talking-head argument shows. But when you sit down and lay it all out, in chronological order, this is already a goddamned scandal of the highest order. And that's without any of the still-secret information that Robert Mueller and a dozen-plus of the most highly respected federal prosecutors of their generation just spent two years of the prime of their careers working on.

...pure speculation that likely won’t pan out.

But eventually it will and we naturally are nervous and instinctively lower our expectations.

There’s been so much damning things alleged already however.

Remember right before the first time Comey testified to Congress and everyone was insisting he would automatically clear Trump?

And remember when he did the exact opposite?

He was not appointed to ‘get’ Trump. But to find out about Russian meddling in our election.

All of his indictments have been either Russians meddling in the electoral those who lied to his investigators.

Posting that here was not popular with all the folks who put any hope in Mueller.

At best he will give reasons for some to vote against him in 2020. But one thing has not changed...

Our only hope of getting rid of trump is winning the Electoral College in 2020.

in the United States who might be indicted?”

Now, I don’t know nothin, but these people are low-down proven dirty dealers, or traitors, mobsters, liars or cheats, and they all got some reckoning breathing down their necks:

Jared Kushner
Ivanka Trump
Donnie jr
Tom Barrack
Elliot Broidy
Keith Davidson
Hope Hicks
Steve Bannon
Brad Pascale
KT McFarland
Carter Page
Felix Sater
Jared Kushner’s brother?
Paul Manafort’s ex son-in-law
Jeff Sessions AND HEY, who was his communications chief from 2009 on?:
Stephen fkn Miller

...and then there’s bunches of people we never HEARD of, red, like

Rick Gates, what a goldmine THAT guy’s been, and he ain’t done yet, not even!

...and Sam Patten, who scored inauguration tickets illegally for foreign entities, oh GUESS WHAT - I just read yesterday that Patten also knows a shit ton about Cambridge Analytica, yeah baby!!

...and George Nader, who ever heard of him? Not me, but OH turns out he’s been a major mover/shaker in the Middle East for ages, and this guy knows everything about ME doins -

This Mariia Butina no doubt has some interesting tidbits to share, non?

And that Flynn fellow, Moscow Misha, sheeeeit

...oh and holy hell, Allen Weisselberg, chief financial officer of the frickin the trump org?!???

Well, starting with Gates, the above named have flipped, or been granted immunity, and maybe some are sharing more freely than others, but dayam, that’s a decent little cadre of thieves and traitors who know some shit, for real, and these are only the few that we’re aware of, holy schnikes!!!

Rock steady/easy does it, red!!

Oh hell, and then there’s that mega ratfucker who had a chat or two with Wikileaks, hell I already forgot about that little shithead, LORDY!!!
