How does this all wrap up about the same time as Barr takes over, Rosenstein leaves, Senator Burr says no direct evidence of collusion and the president leaves the country during this time. It all seems coordinated?

I never really saw how they could be pursuing an obstruction case over the Comey firing with Rosenstein overseeing the probe since he's the one that wrote the memo recommending Comey be fired. How is that not a conflict he should have recused himself from?

Or filters it down so much it means nothing, he'll be gone after forever for doing this , and he'll be the third AG of trumps facing serious legal actions against him too.
