and maybe Mueller passed them off to another jurisdiction which makes more sense to me.

If the idiots were indicted publicly, then their attorneys would have access to all of the information that Mueller currently has as part of the discovery process and that information would be disseminated from here to Russia. Mueller is biding his time and should be doing so...he’s got one chance to get this right.

... then Chump will still be able to pardon them before any more damage is done. The timing is important because Chump needs to be in a position where he can no longer pardon anyone. I believe Mueller has this planned to actually go to court after Chump leaves office, either by impeachment or by the ballot box.

So yeah, sealed indictments were absolutely necessary and the report WILL be leaked in enough time to effect the outcome of the next election. Robert Mueller is no leaker but he's not the only person involved in this.

Adam Schiff's committee can look into things that Mueller has to stay away from. They can leak stuff, or report their findings to the media depending on how it goes. They have subpoena powers and they can jail people if necessary.

The public record is already chock full of evidence. Just because it comes out one slice at a time, day after day, week after week, does not mean the evidence, in total, is slim. It is stacked higher than the BS at a Trump rally at this point.
