Mark Harris, Republican in disputed NC-9 House race: Given my health situation, the need to regain full strength, and the timing of this surgery the last week of March, I have decided not to file in the new election for Congressional District 9.

(33,384 posts)The voters were cheated; they did not get a choice because of that ratfucker. The voters would still be cheated if the election board simply declared the non-cheating candidate the winner.
The voters should select their representative via free and fair election.
