The US seems to be staying out of the recent aggressions between

India and Pakistan. Several dozen Indian soldiers were killed by Pakistani soldiers several weeks ago, and now we have the aircraft shot down and the Indian pilot taken prisoner, with Geneva conventions of not broadcasting the captive's face being ignored. The US normally steps in to help moderate between these two nuclear powers. No Pompeo. No Trump. Do we even have ambassadors to Pakistan and India?
