When does Pelosi introduce a house bill that can prevent Trump pardoning any trump related

convicted or charged perps? If this is possible to do at a congressional level, why wouldn't she she not do it?

Let Mitch McConnel sit on it in the Senate....

This would be a non-binding "sense of congress" resolution

2. This. Only court can hear a challenge, which is possible if pardon is obstruction of justice.

While it is unlikely the pardon would be overturned, it could have implications for the President's own legal liability.

If he does either in the commission of a crime, he can be held accountable.

3. This would require a constitutional amendment...

Or a court case declaring such a pardon to be unconstitutional.

A mere bill, assuming you’d get the house to pass it, the senate to pass it, and Trump to sign it, would quickly be ruled unconstitutional.

6. A non-binding house resolution that makes a point that congress will not tolerate it?

I guess that is what I was trying to say

Again let Mitch McConnel continue to defend trump's and other's wrong doing

and the NY state AG has already stated that investigations are in progress.

The full name of SDNY is Federal District Court for the Southern District of New York.

SDNY is a federal court so he can most certainly pardon anyone convicted by them. The NY AG, on the other hand, can investigate that entire putrid family until she gets to the bottom of everything and there isn't a damn thing he can do about it.

10. SDNY is not pardon proof

It is the same as any other federal district court. Only state prosecutions are pardon proof, so SDNY would have to hand off its evidence to the NY Attorney General or local prosecutors who would have to indict under state law.

He will pardon everyone including an attempt to pardon himself. He may leave early and let Pence pardon him as well.

Trump pardons Pence and resigns

Pence pardons Trump.

The Ford pardon set a horrible precedent (I know it is supported by an earlier court case). If Pence's only act is to pardon Trump immediately after receiving his own pardon, it might be really difficult to get any traction on pursuing either.

I think that the 5th Amendment is still open for anyone even after they receive a pardon. You still have state and civil liability.
