Kim and North Korea ate Trump's lunch

Let's get something straight, talking is better than going to war, but being played for a fool gives no country an advantage.

Sure, it would have been fine for discussions to be held at lower levels than the executive, leader level. Trump has given a murderous dictator, Kim Jong Un credibility and a platform. In return, the United States has received nothing. Sure, there is a halt in public testing, but all reports are that the whole nuclear program continues to advance.

Sanctions are worthless, unless all other countries participate. Russia is supplying North Korea with all the fuel it needs to overcome sanctions by the US. China is supplying all the food. Reports out of North Korea suggest that gas and rice prices are actually going down. It is very difficult for the United States to ask our allies, or especially our adversaries, to honor sanctions when the moron in the White House is saying publicly what a great leader Kim is and that he has "fallen in love" with him. (Wow, that's a strange one. What do you think Fox news would be saying if Obama or Hillary ever said that?).

As a parting gift to the little dictator of North Korea, Trump absolved Kim of the murder of Otto Warmbier. Trump tells the world that Kim had "nothing to do with Warmbier's death". Are you fucking kidding me?

By the way, we could have easily have traded the end of the joint military exercises for a halt in testing at any time, and it would not have needed to get to the executive level. That's the only deal that's been made so far. The elevation of Kim to the "family of nations" is a gift, with nothing in return.

trump's ego is bigger than his being a lying asshole. it's easy to fool the subhuman, just stroke his ego and his blinders go on.

6. Personally I don't think tRump "walked" ... I feel Kim was the one that walked away.

Frankly, his absolution of Kim's part in the Warmbier murder did not surprise me. I doubt that tRump even spoke about Otto's murder. He is a narcissist and empathy is something he is not capable of.

Vlad was in a back room somewhere, too. Someone needs to ask the WH if Mr. Trump met with Mr. Lavrov or if any of Trump's entourage did. My guess would be "Yes" but they prolly won't admit to it, of course.

9. I look at it differently. The way trump is, i'd expect him to sign ANYTHING & claim victory.

He has done that forever; even in his private businesses. Made a bad deal just so he could say he made one. So walking away was the smart thing. Because no matter how bad it would have been, he would have told everyone it was a "win", and his minions would have eaten it up

Giving Kim a platform and praising him makes it far more difficult to enforce sanctions.

We've already traded a cessation of joint military maneuvers with South Korea for a pause in testing from the North.

What did we get for elevating Kim to the level of a Frist World leader, with all the praise worthy of a leader who doesn't starve his people and commit atrocities inside and outside his own country?

Smart? Trump is a stupid piece of shit and was used like the asshole he is.

16. Kim is solely owned by the Chinese. He exists at their discretion.

He was well schooled before he met with Trump. His nuclear and missile technology is solely dependent on the Chinese who supplied him. China has built a nuclear buffer zone and a willing tyrant to keep the South Koreans and Japanese in contract threat of nuclear obviation. Trump is just a useful idiot that can be used to provide the excuse to feign responsible behavior while they continue to built up a devastating strike force behind one, if not, the largest standing army in the world.

By the way, if there’s a million dollar reward for information leading to the capture of Bin Laden’s son, I suggest you check out the “cloak” room in the Oval Office.

Make the check payable to me.
