He took a huge victory lap after the last time and made an official statement that North Korea is no longer a nuclear threat.

Last time, he gave Un everything he wanted without Un giving him a thing. He canceled military drills with South Korea, he lessened some sanctions, and he gave Kim Jong the legitimacy that sitting down with the leader of the Free World provides. So it's no wonder Un asked for everything this time around without giving up a thing, Trump is a sucker, he knows this. And Trump reportedly said yes, it was literally written up and ready to sign. Either Trump's advisers or South Korea pointed out it was a one sided joke and Trump was forced to walk away.
