That means there are appraisers out there who would have prepared appraisals for these hearings. Trust me, no appraiser is going to prison for Sean Hannity. If they were instructed to construct a phony appraisal based upon inflated expenses(typical trick for income properties), then the person preparing the appraisal knows what they did.
