Mark Meadows has said "We'll send Barack Obama back to Kenya" more than once.
Chris Jansing just showed a clip of Meadows saying this that was different from the clip that circulated yesterday afternoon. It was a line he used throughout the 2012 campaign. Meadows was full on Birther.
