In response to the reporter, he's saying "I addressed (the Trump/NK meeting) to the extent I'm going to ... on the Floor today". Warmbier is a subset of the Trump/NK meeting, you see?

It's a prick move, as always, but it's neither lying, nor a sign of senility.
